My son’s family is moving house. It’s been quite stressful – the mortgage provider nearly pulled out, there were safety issues to deal with as they have young children- arrangements for schools and all sorts of logistical nightmares with packing up and storage – most of their house now seems to be in our spare room! I just want things to be easy and smooth for them, but God wants to show them his love and grace and they are learning to pray and trust their shepherd through all the issues!
How is God showing you his faithful love at the moment?
Prayer (as a couple)
Lord God You are our Shepherd – our Good Shepherd. We have so many memories of times when you rescued us or provided for our needs. Help us to remember how you have looked after us and our families so that when we face life issues we are full of faith and not full of fear. Amen

Good Shepherd – we thank you for your faithful love through the generations. We pray for the UK and all the families across our land. We pray that the memories of what you have done will not be lost; but instead they will become a living resource to build faith across the nation so that we may have sons and daughters of God who will trust you for the future. Amen
